Administrative talent wanted!
Bella Vista is a rapidly growing company where hard work and fun go hand in hand. As we are growing at a rapid pace, we are looking to expand our administrative team. We mainly work from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. During the high season it would be nice if you could help out occasionally on Saturdays, if possible. This is a full-time employment contract, but fewer hours are negotiable.
You are a real all-rounder when it comes to administration. In this position it is important that you can handle various types of administration:
- making plans;
- Answering emails;
- Maintain (telephone) contact with customers;
- Processing, checking and monitoring orders.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that you provide optimal support to customers and that the work is done efficiently. We are always open
for new ideas, so feel free to bring a new perspective to the proceedings with your refreshing mind.
What are you bringing?
- minimum MBO working and thinking level;
- several years of work experience in a similar position;
- you have strong communication skills and like to tackle things;
- you can quickly switch between different tasks;
- you can work independently as well as in a team;
- you are flexible;
- knowledge of the Turkish language is a plus, but certainly not a requirement;
- good sentence! 🙂
